Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of the Quanty marketing website at quantyepm.com (the “Site”), operated by Quanty Oy (Y-tunnus 3590155-4), Finland. The Site does not provide access to the Quanty product itself; the product is governed by a separate agreement entered into with each customer.
1. Use of the Site
You may browse the Site for any lawful purpose. You agree not to: probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site; attempt to circumvent security controls; submit automated or fraudulent applications; or use the Site to transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
2. Contact form
The Site provides a form to enquire about Quanty. Submitting the form does not constitute an offer or acceptance of any commercial relationship. We read every message and will respond directly. If both sides decide to move forward, a separate written agreement will govern the use of the product.
3. Content and intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, illustrations, code, screenshots, and the Quanty wordmark — is owned by Quanty Oy or licensed to it. You may share or quote content from the Site for non-commercial purposes with attribution. Reproducing the Site or any substantial part of it for commercial purposes requires our written consent.
4. No warranty
The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. While we take reasonable care to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranty as to the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of any content on the Site. Information about the Quanty product is for general orientation; the product’s actual capabilities are described in the separate product agreement with each customer.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, Quanty Oy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Privacy
Personal data submitted through the Site is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be heard exclusively by the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Site evolves. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
