Quanty
Group financial consolidation

A group close you can defend line by line.

Close the group faster and answer every question about the numbers — from the auditor, the board or your own team — with the line behind them. Actuals, budget and forecast all consolidate the same way.

What consolidation looks like in Quanty

A faster close, and numbers you can stand behind.

A close without the hunt

Subsidiaries deliver a trial balance. Quanty maps it, loads it and flags what does not reconcile before month-end turns into a search through spreadsheets.

Every figure explains itself

Open a consolidated number and see the entity, journal, rate or rule that produced it. When the board or the auditor asks why, the answer is already there.

Any structure, any currency

Acquisitions, disposals, minority interests and multiple currencies follow rules finance maintains in screens. No consultant, no scripting.

Actuals and plan on one set of rules

The group budget and forecast consolidate exactly like the actuals — same entities, ownership, eliminations and translation — so the board compares like with like.

AI that explains, never posts

Ask why the translation difference moved or which intercompany pairs do not match; the assistant answers with the lines behind it. It proposes account mappings; a person approves.

Auditors follow the trail themselves

Give them a login. Source lineage, the inputs of each consolidation run and the history of rule changes are there to inspect, without a data request to your team.

FAQ

Questions we hear.

We already have Excel and it works.

It works until the person who built it leaves, or the auditor asks why the translation difference moved, or you acquire a company with a different year-end. Quanty replaces the parts of the spreadsheet that break and keeps the Excel-style grid you are used to.

We are too small for a consolidation tool.

Quanty is quick and easy to implement, so it suits smaller groups as well as large ones. If you have more than one entity and a month-end that involves hunting for intercompany differences, the cost of one wrong consolidated number already pays for it.

We are too big. We need Tagetik, OneStream or Oracle.

If you have hundreds of entities, regulatory filings in several jurisdictions and a dedicated group reporting department, you may. Ask us; we will tell you honestly.

Our auditors need to follow the numbers.

Give them a login. Auditors can inspect source lineage, the inputs recorded for each consolidation run, and the history of rule changes — not just that a figure changed, but what produced it.

Our subsidiaries use six different ERPs.

Each delivers a trial balance file. Quanty maps each local chart to the group chart once, proposes mappings for new accounts, and loads with one click or on a schedule.

We do IFRS 16 in a separate tool.

Keep it if you like; Quanty will load its output. Or move the contracts into Quanty's register and stop reconciling two systems.

Can we change the rules ourselves?

Yes. Ownership, methods, mappings, account roles, rate handling, intercompany routing: all in screens, all logged. No scripting.
